Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage R&D projects within our Biotechnology and Food Ingredients division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of research projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and contribute to scientific advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including research objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources effectively to support research activities.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including researchers, senior management, and external partners, to ensure project alignment and support.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure research deliverables meet the highest scientific standards.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, including milestones, risks, and financial status.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.Qualifications:
Degree in Project Management, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing R&D projects, preferably in the biotechnology or food ingredients sector.
Strong understanding of research methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.Preferred Skills:
Experience in the biotechnology or food ingredients industry.
Knowledge of Hungarian regulations and standards related to R&D projects.
Fluency in English.
