About the role of Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you'll be a key element in the project execution to completion in the social housing industry, specifically refurbishments in Kitchen & Bathrooms and Window & Doors.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
Liaise with teams of contractors, direct construction labour and the senior team to ensure seamless project completions.
Develop and maintain working client relationships.
Adhere to compliance throughout the project.
Using half your time in the Oldham area and the other half in the Huddersfield area.
Requirements for Project Manager
Previous experience in a Project Management role (ideally Social Housing)
CSCS Card
UK Driving LicenceWith a passion for people and development, they work hand in hand within the social housing industry.
What we offer for Project Manager
Up to £60k - £65k
£3.5k Vehicle Allowance or Salary Sacrifice Scheme
5-10% Annual Bonus
