Job Title:
Project Manager - Fabrics Projects
Location:
North West
This opportunity is for an experienced project manager to manage a range of projects up to the value of £500k including Commercial Fit Outs, Installs and Roofing. Projects are across the North West predominantly with some focused around the midland area.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
Develop schedules, timelines, and procure fabric materials as needed.
Team & Resource Management:
Manage contractors and fabric specialists to ensure timely and quality work.
Quality Control:
Inspect installations and resolve issues to meet client expectations and compliance standards.
Budget Management:
Prepare and track project budgets for fabric-related tasks.
Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize delays.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience, particularly with fabric-related installations.
Knowledge of fabric materials and installation techniques.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
A degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
