Project Engineer – Leamington Spa Are you an experienced Project Engineer looking for your next challenge? Our client, a specialist manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa, is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join their growing team. With expertise in low-volume prototypes, production, and cutting-edge technologies such as 3D printing and CNC, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex projects. What will you be doing as a Project Engineer? As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to specification. This will involve: Supporting Account Managers by confirming project details and managing key project milestones Handling CAD downloads and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained Overseeing customer and supplier tooling documentation, ensuring seamless information flow Creating and managing Product Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support smooth production Conducting Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and feasibility reviews to optimise project success Collaborating closely with internal teams to facilitate efficient manufacturing What makes the ideal Project Engineer? Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in a Project Engineer role, successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines Strong CAD Knowledge: Proficiency in handling and interpreting CAD files Documentation and Process Control: High attention to detail in managing technical documentation and supplier information BOM Management: Experience in creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, with experience in DFM and feasibility reviews Collaborative Approach: A proactive team player who can communicate effectively across departments What’s in it for you?
