Project Co-ordinator
Temp to Perm
£12.00 - £15.40 p/h
Our client has an exciting opportunity within the Projects group for a Project Co-ordinator with manufacturing, planning and supply chain experience to coordinated projects and provide contact between customers and the business.
Responsibilities
* Project co-ordinate assigned orders and liaise with internal departments and customers.
* Provide assistance with creation of project plans.
* Ensure timely order status reporting, monitoring project actual costs against estimates.
* Maintain project registers and files.
* Provide input for proposals, quotes and clarifications.
* Coordinate client visits to facilities required.
* Support RMA system
* End of month reports and presentations
Essential requirements
* Basic manufacturing, planning and supply chain experience.
* Proficient in MS software applications.
* Preferably a background in oil/gas/energy industry
