Project Controls Manager Lead the performance, drive the results – shape the future of critical programmes. We're looking for a Project Controls Manager to oversee planning, cost control, and risk management for major programmes within a secure and innovative environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure every milestone is delivered with precision. Please note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be British nationals and eligible for security clearance. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project schedules to support accurate forecasting and performance tracking. Lead cost control activities, including budget management, financial reporting, and cost variance analysis. Proactively identify and manage project risks, working closely with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial and finance teams to ensure alignment across all project functions. Analyse project performance data to deliver insights that support strategic decisions and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in project controls environment. Some experience of both project planning and cost management. Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and scheduling data to inform decision-making. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence across functions and levels.
