Location: St Athan, Barry, Wales
Hours: 08:00 to 16:30 - Paid OT
Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 - Yearly Salary review.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Production Technician, you will:
Working with both mechanical and electronic components.
Perform soldering of electronic components as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager.Who You Are:
To succeed in this role, you should be a hands-on, technically inclined individual with strong attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and excel both independently and as part of a team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Technical education and/or experience in assembly or electronics-related manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and technical skills, with excellent hands-on abilities.
Proven soldering experience and understanding of stock processes.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in an electronic assembly environment.
Ability to read technical instructions, manuals, and drawings.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Flexibility to attend training at in Sweden if required.
Willingness to undergo and pass UK security vetting.Preferred (but not essential) Experience:
Familiarity with various computer operating systems.
