Production Supervisor
Salary DOE
Mid Kent
6am – 2pm
We are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to work for our client’s leading organisation.
As the Production Supervisor, you will be:
Leading the team of Production staff.
Ensuring all staff members understand what is expected from them each shift by completing daily and weekly shift plans.
Providing training for staff to ensure they can perform all required tasks adequately.
Liaising with agencies to book in temporary staff to ensure each shift has a sufficient number of staff.
Leading process improvements within factory.
Providing daily reports to the Production Manager after each shift.
Carrying out HR duties including disciplinaries, reviews, interviews, holiday approvals, etc.
Any other duties required.
The successful Production Supervisor, you will have/be:
Previous experience in a similar management/supervisory role, ideally from an FMCG background.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Organised in order to lead a team successfully.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
