Production Planner – Print & Packaging
Location: Edenbridge, Kent (Hybrid Working – 1 day work from home)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

Are you a highly organised Production Planner with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement?
We're working with a forward-thinking, employee-owned packaging company that partners with brands to deliver innovative, eye-catching packaging solutions. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring a new Production Planner into their collaborative and fast-paced team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating and managing detailed production schedules based on customer orders, stock levels, and machine capacity.
Ensuring deadlines are met while maximising machine efficiency and reducing downtime.
Monitoring work-in-progress and updating plans based on changing priorities.
Collaborating with sales, procurement, and production to ensure alignment between schedules, material availability, and customer requirements.
Communicating updates and any delays to stakeholders.
Identifying areas to improve workflow and reduce waste.What We’re Looking For:
Experience within print packaging or a related production environment (litho/digital print desirable).
A good grasp of production planning tools, scheduling software, and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Confident communicator and team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience & Qualifications:
2 years in a production planning role, ideally within print or packaging, but other FMCG sectors consideredWhat’s On Offer:
