Location: Ashbourne, DE6

Are you an experienced Production Operative with a strong background in the aggregate industry? We have an exciting opportunity for candidates with production experience, including operating machinery and ensuring smooth plant operations. Immediate start available for the right candidates, with great prospects for promotion and a better pay rate.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
• Manage manufacturing assets efficiently.
• Work closely with maintenance teams, providing assistance as needed.
• Inspect, carry out, and ensure adherence to plant routines.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant mechanisms, the plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment in accordance with site instructions.
Minimum Requirements:
• Highly motivated with a drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the shift team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively problem-solve.
• Due to the location, own transport is required.
Pay Rate:
• Morning Shift: Starting from £12.54 per hour.
• Afternoon Shift: Starting from £15.05 per hour.
• Overtime: Starting from £18.81 per hour (paid after 38 hours).
Shift Details:
Morning Shift:
• Monday to Thursday: 06:15 - 15:00
• Friday: 06:15 - 14:45
• Paid breaks.
Afternoon Shift:
• Monday to Thursday: 14:45 - 00:30
• Two out of three breaks are paid.
