Production Operatives needed
SureStaffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit Production Operatives, for our client based in YO19 Dunnington, York area. Our client one of the UK's leading suppliers and packers of potatoes.
Ideal candidate for a Production Operatives role will have:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes cold environment.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (training may be provided).
Previous experience in a factory or food production setting is a plus but not required.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.Responsibilities and Duties of a Production Operatives
Sorting, washing, peeling, and packaging potatoes.
Inspect potatoes for quality, removing defective or damaged ones.
Weigh, label, and pack potatoes according to production standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.Shift times for a Production Operatives:
DAYS
Sunday to Thursday
6am-3pmPay Rates for Production Operatives:
