Job Description

Production Operative Gainsborough * £11.50ph * Overtime after 40 hours at £17.25 * After 40 hours and Saturdays & Sundays at £23.00ph Supplying a range of products worldwide a leading supplier of poultry are currently recruiting for Warehouse / Food production operatives in Gainsborough due to increased orders to join a busy and successful team. Benefits * Onsite canteen providing hot meals and snacks at a good price, free meals every lunchtime * Overtime at after 40 hours at £17.25 after 40 hours and Saturdays & Sundays at £23.00ph * Free onsite parking * Discounted products * Every weekend off * Temp to perm contract for the right person * No experience needed, all training provided Duties include * Rotating in different departments, packing, butchery, dispatch * Working on a fast paced production line * Trimming and preparation * Using knives to trim meat * Machine operating * Palletising * Cleaning the working area The candidate * Ideally worked in food production environment * Happy with repetitive work * Happy to work in a cold environment * Happy to do overtime at short notice * Happy to work in a fast paced environment The candidate will be working in a fast paced cold production environment where they will be on their feet for most of the day. You will be working in a repetitive role. You must be willing to work in an environment that is cold, all the correct PPE will be provided before each shift. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 6.30am-17.00 there may be earlier finishes, anything over 40 worked hours is paid at overtime. As well as this you must be able to attend an induction, once the induction is completed you will then go and start your shift. For the right candidate after a successful completion of 12 weeks there will be opportunity for a permanent role
