Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Production Operative roles with AM, PM or Night shifts available to work for a specialist food manufacturer based in Blaenavon. Due to the location, you will need your own transport. Temp to perm opportunities are available!!
Shifts Available:
AM: 6.30am-2.30pm (Apply online only)) – Mon-Fri - £11.59ph
PM: 2.30pm-10.30pm (Apply online only)) – Mon-Fri - £12.57ph
Nights: 10.30pm-6.30am (Apply online only)) – Mon-Fri - £13.33ph
Please note that this role involves ad-hoc hours, and while we will do our best to accommodate your preferred shifts, we cannot guarantee set hours each week. This position may not be suitable if you're seeking regular full-time shifts.
As a Production Operative you will be working in a factory environment with the following duties:
Packing products into containers
Labelling and palletising
Loading pallets
Counting and tracking inventory
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
Ideally you will have worked as a Production Operative previously although full training will be provided
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Understanding of food hygiene practices
Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts as above
Own transport due to the location
