Job Description
Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Production Operative to join our clients Seaham site.
Our clients are specialists in contract packing and blending of ambient liquid sauces and marinades along with a variety of packing options for dry powders and crumbs.
What's on offer?
Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Shift work and overtime may be required on the odd occasion
Pay rate of £12.50 per hourWorking as a Production Operative, your duties would include:
Set up and clean equipment - Follow planned setup and changeovers to reduce downtime and keep things running smoothly
Report issues - Let the engineering team know about any faulty or damaged equipment using the maintenance request form
Operate machinery - Run machines safely and complete all process paperwork to meet customer and company standards
Pack products - Work on the production line, following health and food safety guidelines
