As Production Manager, you’ll be joining at an exciting time—right at the start, where the best is yet to come. While there are foundational production processes in place, the team will rely on your leadership to guide them in establishing best practices and the right ways of working.
Given the size of the business, your influence will extend well beyond the production hall—you’ll play an active role in supporting the wider team as the company continues to grow.
The Ideal Background:
Proven experience as a Production Manager, ideally across a mix of large and SME food manufacturing sites.
A broad skill set, with experience working across various departments.
A proactive, hands-on approach. This is not a role for someone looking for an easy ride—every day counts, and we need someone who can drive the business forward.
