JOB TITLE: Production Coordinator
The COMPANY
Our client is a growing precision engineering organisation with a strong order book. With approx. 60 machines (3&4 axis Haas milling machines, CNC turning machines, grinders, etc.) and a well skilled staff of c.30 people they are in a strong position to continue their growth.
The ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Coordinator. Duties will include;
* Plan and manage production workflows
* Develop machine schedules and priority lists
* Collaborate with shopfloor
* Monitor and manage the performance of tools, machinery, and engineers.
* Update and distribute daily work-to lists and machine schedules.
* Liaise with Goods In and Despatch teams to prioritise workflows.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Production Coordinator possessing the ambition to forge a career within an expanding engineering company. You will possess the following skills;
* Experience in a similar environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for production tracking and reporting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
SALARY: c. £28,000 -£32,000 Depending on Experience+ Pension
