Job Description
Production Control & Compliance Coordinator
We are recruiting for a Production Control & Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis for our Telford based client. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants variety in their day-to-day workload. You'll join the Business Systems Team, who look after IT, Auditing, Factory Production Control Testing as well as Personnel and Health & Safety for all three of the three subsidiary companies.
To be considered you will need a full and clean UK driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential as you'll be required to travel to another office when required.
As a Production Control & Compliance Coordinator, you will need to have/be:
Good I.T. skills
Ability to prioritise
Ability to communicate and work with people at all levels in the business
Must be a team player
Ability to gain a full understanding of company policies, procedures, technical processes and systems
Good communicator
Excellent administration skills
Ability to deal with information confidentially
A willingness to adapt to work within the Company's systems
Ability to follow process
Confidence to speak up if something is incorrect
Excellent organisational skillsDetails:
Salary: £26, 000
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm
Location: Telford
Duration: PermanentRole of Production Control & Compliance Coordinator:
Factory Production Control batch testing.
Carry out product audits.
PAT testing
Carry out training including manual handling, Noise Awareness, & Environmental.
Assisting in maintaining the Company's I.T. and telephone systems.
Auditing to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
Produce, maintain & update SOPs for the production lines
Checks such as fire alarm testing, emergency lighting & meter readingsBenefits of working as a Production Control & Compliance Coordinator:
