Production and Warehouse Operative
Newton Aycliffe
Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks to perm contract)
£11.44 per hour
Full time – day shift
You will be responsible for timely production of products and warehouse operations on a rotational basis.
Role:
* You will be required to operate a range of machinery including electrical power tools.
* Assemble products according to specifications
* Warehouse goods in goods out
* Using computers/tablets to log stock
* Perform quality control checks on products
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety procedures
* Heavy lifting and FLT operation
Requirements:
* Good level of education
* Experience using a range of power tools
* Computer literacy is a must
* Experience in a production/assembly environment
* An FLT licence would be advantageous
* First aid certificate desired
* Access to own transport due to location of site
Hours of work:
* Mon to Thurs 0700 – 1530 (x2 15min tea break x1 30min unpaid lunch)
* Friday, 0645 – 1500hrs (x1 15min tea break x1 30min lunch unpaid)
