Job Description

Product Integrity Support Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Integrity Manager to oversee and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of our engineering products The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing product integrity, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of engineering principles and quality management systems. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and maintain product integrity policies, ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. * Lead product quality assurance, testing, and validation processes to guarantee product performance, safety, and reliability. * Conduct failure investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) for product defects and quality issues, driving corrective and preventive actions. * Work closely with design, manufacturing, and engineering teams to integrate integrity measures throughout the product lifecycle. * Establish and manage risk assessment processes to identify and mitigate potential product integrity concerns. * Oversee compliance with industry certifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, ASME, API, CE, ATEX). * Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and alignment on product integrity standards. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and quality metrics to enhance product reliability and performance. * Lead internal audits, product inspections, and validation testing, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. * Support product development teams by providing technical guidance on materials, processes, and product durability. * Develop training programs to enhance awareness of product integrity and quality best practices within the organization. Key Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 5 years in product integrity, quality management, or engineering within a manufacturing/industrial setting. * Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. * Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering materials, product testing methods, failure analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements. * Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASME/API certification, or other relevant quality standards. * Problem-Solving: Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective actions. * Leadership: Experience managing teams, driving quality initiatives, and collaborating across departments. * Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Software Skills: Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), FMEA, CAD software, and data analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Industrial Machinery, or Manufacturing. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving product reliability and reducing defects.
