Product Governance Manager - Insurance
6-Month Contract | £550-£600 per day | Hybrid (London-based)
We are looking for an experienced Product Governance Manager to join a leading organisation for a 6-month contract. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with FCA/ICOBS regulations for selling regulated insurance products, embedding robust governance, and maintaining adherence to the Consumer Duty framework.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with FCA/ICOBS rules and maintain strong governance controls.
Take ownership of regulatory product issues and compliance frameworks.
Support audit and compliance reviews and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to monthly regulatory governance forums, including pack collation.
Conduct analysis on current product positions to ensure they provide value to customers.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of FCA/ICOBS rules and the ability to stay up to date with regulatory changes.
Experience in product management within a regulated environment, ensuring products deliver customer value.
At least 5 years of experience in financial services or working within a regulated product lifecycle.
Ability to analyse products through a regulatory lens with a high customer focus.This is a hybrid role based in London, offering a day rate of £550-£600.
