About the Role
As a Product Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development, testing, and evolution of our high-performance security fasteners. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and sales teams to bring robust, innovative products to market that meet the exacting needs of our global client base.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage product designs from concept through to production.
Conduct product testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners to optimise designs for cost and manufacturability.
Support the creation of technical documentation, drawings, and product specifications.
Collaborate with marketing and sales on product launches and customer feedback.
Identify and implement product improvements based on market trends and customer insights.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline
Strong CAD skills (desirable)
Practical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product testing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for precision.
Experience in fasteners or related industries is a bonus—but not essential.
