Product Developer – Lincolnshire Based
The Role:
Join a friendly, innovative team as a Product Developer, taking concepts from ideation to launch in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working on diverse projects, collaborating with a team of three (Process and NPD specialists), and reporting to the NPD Manager. If you have creative ideas for new products, they'll be welcomed!
Key Highlights:
* Site-based role, focused on fresh chilled food for top brands and private labels.
* Customers include major retailers
* No regular travel – all work is site-based.
About You:
* A recent graduate with a relevant placement year or industry experience.
* Background in chilled food is ideal, but other categories will be considered.
