💼 Procurement Manager
📍 Location: Blaenau Gwent (Hybrid - office presence just once a week)
💰 Salary: £44,000 per year
⏰ Hours: 37 hours per week (Most people work 8-4 or 9-5, but it's flexible)
📅 Contract Type: Permanent

We'd love to hear from people who have:
o Level 6 CIPS qualification (or studying towards it)
o Strong end-to-end procurement experience - especially tendering and contract management
o A values-led, customer-focused approach to your work
o Good understanding of procurement regulations (bonus points if you know Welsh frameworks!)
o An eye for value for money, risk, and innovation
o Confidence in using data, leading projects and influencing others
