Process Technician, Towcester, United Kingdom ·Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent ·Hours: 39 hours per week ·Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45, Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 ·45-minute lunch break daily ·Salary: c. £24,000 per annum DOE ·Annual salary review in April 2025, with potential for enhancement based on experience. Our client, a leader in surface engineering and finishing, is seeking a dedicated *** Process Technician *** to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a factory setting who is keen to develop skills in advanced finishing processes. Key Responsibilities: Perform various finishing processes, including: oAutomated and manual shot peening oCoating applications oWater bead blasting oChemical blacking oMasking and blasting processes oManufacture fixtures and tooling using available machining facilities when required. oWork both independently and collaboratively to meet customer requirements. oMaintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Candidate Profile for the Process Technician role: The ideal candidate will: Have experience working in a factory or production environment. Demonstrate strong health and safety awareness. Possess good attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning. Be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to workload changes. Have experience in the motorsport sector, engineering, or paint spraying (desirable but not essential) Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
