Process Lead Engineer
Permanent Position
Be at the forefront of electric vehicle innovation and make a real impact in the EV and automotive industry
Main point of contact for an exciting and interesting role
£45k per annum - depending on experience
Days Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 2pm (38 hours per week)
Based in the Cannock area - Some travel will be expected
Duties of a Process Lead Engineer
Responsible for the complete life cycle project management
Design and develop activities to integrate and mange new and existing EV related projects
Liaising with engineers and other departments
Select the appropriate components, materials and place orders and manage lead times
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Conduct meetings - deliver information and communicate well Experience required for a Process Lead Engineer
Strong background in electrical drive systems, project management and team leadership
Ideally trained to level 3-4 EV
Managed projects before
Mechanical background with an appreciation for safety and compliance
Experience in managing multiple live projects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The lead process engineer will be an integral part of the team
Assist with the programme and project management plans for internal and customer facing projects
Manufacturing and engineering background will be an advantage
EV / HV experience within the automotive sector Details of a Process Lead Engineer
