Private Sector Housing Officer Role - Essex!
A local authority based in Essex are looking for their next Senior Private Sector Housing Officer to join their friendly team.
For this role, you'll need extensive experience in:
🏡 Managing Housing Standards and Enforcement Actions.
🏡 HMO Regulatio and knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.
🏡 Preparing evidence for court hearings.
🏡 Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations.
This is a 3 month role, with the chance of extension. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
