The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families. You will be responsible for:
Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Trusts
Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax, and wealth preservation
Administering probate and handling estate administration
Managing Court of Protection applications
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Mentoring junior staff where appropriateAbout You
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years’ PQE in private client law (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
