Private Client - Head of Department
Our client a highly regarded law firm in the Top Legal 500 with multiple offices across East Anglia, have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to head up their Private Client department based in Shoeburyness.
Responsibilities
* You will handle a wide and varied caseload of Private Client matters
* Wills, Codicils, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and HMRC Inheritance tax forms
* Deeds of Variation and advising on all related Tax issues
* Court of Protection, Probate administration of Estate and Trusts
* Deputyship Applications
* Enduring Powers of Attorney
The Candidate
* The successful candidate will be either a solicitor or Legal Executive with 7 years plus PQE
* You will be ambitious and have a passion to drive the Private Client department forward
* Possess a positive attitude
* Strong IT Skills
* Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
* Full time / Flexi- time
* Parking
