As a SEA Principal Systems Engineer, you will take responsibility for the technical leadership during the design, development and in-service support of our products. You will be required to take the lead, progressing the design, development, integration, design proving, test, commissioning and the in-service support of the equipment as part of a multi-disciplined team. This work may involve sensitive information so the applicant must be able to obtain security clearance.
The focus of this particular role will be working across multiple projects supporting with requirements and V+V analysis. When Issues arise on projects the role will support route cause analysis and carrying out supporting activities to bring the projects back on track.

Technical leadership of defined work packages
Leading and mentoring project team members
Managing Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
Proving Technical inputs to bidding activities
Integration and production qualification activities
Taking Prototypes and developing them into Products
Work Package Generation The skills you need
Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
Chartered Engineer or working towards
Familiar with systems engineering best practice
Experience with electrical design and product development
Competence with requirements management tools including IBM DOORs NG.
Competence with architecture and MBSE tools including IBM Rhapsody.
Excellent communication skills
