Salary: £430 – £525 per week (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
Support teachers in planning and delivering dynamic, engaging lessons.
Provide individual and small group support to students who need extra help.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage active student engagement.
Support with preparing learning materials and activities.
Safeguard and supervise children within school, in and out of the classroom
Work closely with the class teacher to ensure lessons run smoothly
Requirements of the Primary Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience in a teaching support role or working with children is desirable
A proactive and patient approach to supporting children’s learning.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff and parents and foster positive relationships
Passionate about helping children develop confidence and achieve their potential
Empathetic, compassionate and resilient nature
Adaptable and quick-thinking, able to respond effectively to diverse classroom situations
An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
