Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary-aged students across a range of subjects.
Provide a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt lesson plans to suit the needs of individual students and the school curriculum.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback where appropriate.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Primary School Teacher (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching with the ability to work across different year groups.
A passion for fostering positive learning experiences and promoting student development.
The ability to work independently and confidently manage a classroom.
A commitment to inclusive education and high standards of teaching and learning.
