Job Description
Staff Partners are currently looking for a Pre-Assesment Nurse (Band 5), with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Paying up to £420 per day - Band 5 Role!
Main Duties:
* Provide compassionate and competent care to patients and service users based on current evidence of best practice.
* Promote health and healing through observing, and monitoring well-being, then by evaluating the effectiveness of the care provided.
* Be responsible for ensuring their patient’s needs are met through liaising with multidisciplinary team members including specialist nurses& Doctors.
* Safeguard
* Will have to submit a service delivery report for each day worked
You will have…
* 1 Year+ Experience within Nursing
* Community Experience
* Must be experience in bladder scanning, catheters, TWOC, bowel management, rectal exam, faecal incontinence, prostate
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player
* A genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
* All candiates for our roles need to be able to either drive or live local to Great Yarmouth due to hours needed to cover clinics and public transport
