Practice Nurse Opportunity – Primary Care Excellence
Are you a skilled Practice Nurse ready to make an impact in a thriving, high-performing GP practice? We are working with a fantastic surgery that is looking for a dedicated professional to join their supportive team and deliver exceptional care to their patient population.
The Opportunity:
This is a part-time role (up to 21 hours per week) with a competitive salary. The practice offers flexibility on days and hours but ideally requires availability on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administering travel vaccinations, baby immunisations, and cervical smears.
* Managing chronic disease clinics (CDM).
* Running baby clinics on Wednesdays and mixed clinics on other days.
About the Practice:
This single-site practice serves 10,000 patients and boasts a “Good” CQC rating, with a history of consistently achieving excellent QOF results.
The multidisciplinary team includes:
* 5 GP Partners (one of whom is a Clinical Partner for the PCN).
* 3 Salaried GPs.
* A Lead Nurse Practitioner, specialist Practice Nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, mental health support staff, and more.
* A supportive structure with trainees and assistants to lighten your workload.
The practice uses SystemOne, and while experience with this system is desirable, training can be provided for the right candidate.
