CAP Engineer – Get Your Weekends Back!
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Overtime (1.5x) + Profit Share
Hours: 6am-4pm or 7am-5pm – No weekends, ever

We’re looking for a CAP Qualified Powered Access Site Technician to join our team and keep our fleet running smoothly. This is a Monday-to-Friday role where you’ll be valued, well-paid, and given the chance to grow.

The Role:
Attending breakdowns on customer sites
Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on powered access equipment
Performing LOLER inspections and pre-delivery inspections
Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
Supporting and mentoring apprentices
Ensuring all work meets safety regulationsWhat We’re Looking For:
CAP certification and hands-on experience in powered access
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
