🔹 Hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 17:00, Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
🔹 Pay: From £12.55 per hour
🔹 Location: MK8, Milton Keynes

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Setting up and running the powder coating plant
✅ Carrying out quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
✅ Adjusting machine settings to maintain high production standards
✅ Following safe working practices and operational procedures
✅ Identifying and resolving issues to improve efficiency
✅ Assisting with preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
✅ Continuously improving processes to boost productivity and quality
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role
✔ A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
✔ Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and prioritise workload
