Key Responsibilities: Contribute to farm operations by ensuring optimal animal welfare and production efficiency. Provide care for birds while following instructions from the Farm Manager. Maintain clean, hygienic, and safe litter conditions to promote bird health. Prepare facilities for new chick arrivals and oversee bird departures. Uphold cleanliness and security standards across the farm. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment. What We’re Looking For: No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided. Genuine enthusiasm for animal care and farming. Reliable personal transportation, as the location is rural. A collaborative attitude with flexibility to work weekends and adjust to operational needs.
