An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Manager to join a leading consultnacy in the commercial real estate sector on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the chance to work with a large, diverse portfolio for a prestigious government client, ensuring the effective and efficient management of a significant property portfolio.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
* Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and service providers.
* Deliver strategic advice on property-related events, ensuring compliance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Act as the liaison between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations across the portfolio.
* Provide insightful reports and contribute to achieving client and organizational targets.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent experience.
* Have strong knowledge of property legislation and experience in commercial property management.
* Exhibit excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
