Job Description

PMO Lead 6 month initial contract £400-£475pd (Outside IR35) Hybrid – 1-2 days a week onsite in Warwick As industries increasingly rely on operational technology, the importance of cyber security has never been more critical. The convergence of IT and OT systems necessitates robust project management practises to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly and securely. Our Operational Technology Cyber Programme is designed to enhance the resilience of our clients’ infrastructure against cyber threats, ensuring their operations remain uninterrupted while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and security. Required Skills: Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide project and programme managers effectively. Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder interactions and team coordination. Proficient analytical skills for data analysis and informed decision-making. Strong risk management expertise to identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Experience in budget and financial resource management. Familiarity with various project management software and tools. Minimum of 10 years of experience at a Lead or hands-on Manager level within enterprise-scale environments, with experience working under pressure against fixed deadlines. Outstanding communication abilities marked by clarity, engagement, accuracy, and a sense of humour. Ideally, candidates will hold a degree-level education, supported by a proven track record of long-term engagements navigating complex project phases successfully. Preferred certifications include PMO-CP, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or equivalent technical degree or education
