Job Description
Plumber required to start immediately on a kitchen and bathrooms, social housing scheme in tenanted and void properties in and around Sheffield.
The Client
Our client is a regional subcontractor who specialises in working with councils and housing associations within the Yorkshire region.
Job Description
This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:
Installing baths/shower trays dependant on the property
Installing wash hand basins and toilet cisterns
Laying 3-4 courses of tiles around baths/wash hand basinsThey require the candidate to perform the below;
Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs
Ability to work with vulnerable tenantsThe working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £20 per hour Umbrella/CIS or price work. There is on street parking available.
This position is for 6 months work but could be extended.
Requirements
Blue/Gold CSCS card - Essential
Asbestos Awareness or Willing to complete this online for £12
Previous experience as a Plumber/Bathroom Fitter
Social housing experience
Transport
Own Tools
Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece beforeTo Apply
