Platform Engineer - Azure - DevOps - CI/CD - Platform Engineer ** Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK ** My client based in the city of London is undergoing a significant technology transformation and investing in cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. They are looking for an experienced Azure Platform Engineer to manage and maintain the platform while collaborating with development teams to create new applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer the Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, monitoring, governance, and security. Maintain DevOps tooling, supporting application and data teams in secure deployments. Migrate existing infrastructure to Azure-based cloud solutions. Build resilient platform components using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Support cloud adoption and modernization of applications. Ensure infrastructure meets performance, capacity, and security standards. Advise on best practices and process improvements. Requirements: Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure in design, deployment, and optimization. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GIT. Experience with medium to large-scale enterprise infrastructure. Knowledge of networking, systems administration, CI/CD tooling, and security. Experience working within an Agile framework.
