Job Description
My client is currently seeking a skilled Repairs Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves both planned and capital repair projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough surveys and assessments of properties to identify necessary repairs and maintenance requirements
Developing and implementing detailed repair plans and strategies for both planned and capital projects
Coordinating with different teams and contractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of repair works
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all surveyed properties, repairs and maintenance activities
Ensuring all repair works comply with relevant regulations and health and safety standards
Conducting site visits as required to monitor the progress and quality of repair works
Providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders on the status of repair projects
Job Requirements:
Experience in facilities management and building maintenance
Strong analytical skills to assess and identify building repair needs
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Good communication skills for reporting and coordinating with teams and stakeholders
Understanding of health and safety regulations related to building maintenance and repairs
Ability to perform site visits and inspections as needed
