Job Title: Picker / Packer Industry: Manufacturing and Production Contract Type: Temp To Perm Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday Location: Elmswell, Bury St Edmunds. Pay: £12.50 per hour Shift Patterns: 18:00 to 05:00 Monday to Thursday (Nights) Training for 1 week will be Day Shifts. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently pick and pack orders to ensure timely delivery Use scanning technology to track and organise inventory Maintain a clean and organised work area Collaborate with team members to meet production targets Ensure accuracy and quality control in all tasksRequirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable working in cold storesWhy Join Their Team?
