Medacs Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join an NHS hospital in South West London, to support them in providing the highest levels of patient care within Medicine Management. Key Responsibilities: Medicines management on the wards. Confirming patient medication histories, assessment of patient's own medicines.Essential Qualifications: We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) with: NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
