As a Personal Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive, you will be managing a caseload of industrial disease and personal injury matters, ensuring clients receive expert legal guidance and representation.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Handling a caseload of industrial disease and personal injury claims.
Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
Managing cases efficiently using a case management system.
Navigating legal portals and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
Delivering high-quality service with a focus on client care.
What We Are Looking For:
Previously worked as a Personal Injury Solicitor, Solicitor, Personal Injury Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
Proven experience handling industrial disease and personal injury cases.
Qualified as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
Proficiency in using case management systems and legal portals.
A proactive approach to client service and legal strategy.
