People Services Operations Manager – Hospitality Industry | Location: Leeds (1 day in office with occasional travel as required)

About the Role:
As a key member of the team, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. You will drive process improvements, maintain compliance, and support employee engagement while leading a dedicated HR operations team.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead a people operations team, delivering high-quality HR services
✅ Oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HR data management
✅ Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations
✅ Develop and implement HR policies to enhance efficiency and employee experience
✅ Support continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting
