PE Cover Supervisor Experienced Sports Coach? Recent Sports Graduate? Aspiring Teacher? Prospero Teaching are working with a Good Ofsted rated Secondary School located Southampton, Hampshire seeking a PE Cover Supervisor. Cover Supervisors are suitably-trained school staff who supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff that are on short-term absence. The Cover Supervisors main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students are safe and remain on task with the work they have been set. This role will include the delivery of Physical Education & General Cover across the school were required. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and/or aspiring PE Teachers. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS: Location Southampton, Hampshire Position PE Cover Supervisor Start date Immediate Start Duration / Likely Duration On going End date (if applicable) N/A Contract type Temporary/Permanent Full time/part time Full time Minimum rate of pay Minimum rate GBP110.00 per day Hours 8:15am 3:15pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working in a UK school or working with young people. Sports Coaching Qualifications and/or Sports related degree Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (training available if required)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related referencesOTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
