Job Description

JOB TITLE: Payroll Assistant  SALARY: £28,000 HOURS: Full Time - Permanent STRUCTURE: Office Based until trained, Hybrid 3 days a week after. LOCATION:  Axminster    JGA are partnered with a established, and growing business, who have a new Payroll Assistant vacancy.    Responsibilities: Process payroll for various clients. Build and maintain good relationships with clients. Liaising on payroll and associated queries. Handle client data and prepare reports. Maintain accurate and concise record systems. Provide administrative support. Deal with ad hoc queries. Experience: You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.  End to end payroll experience.  Experience processing multiple payrolls.  You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. You have excellent soft skills and customer service skills. Positive in your attitude. Flexible with an ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time and meet deadlines.
