Job Description

JGA are partnered with growing client who are increasing their payroll team size to meet their expanding client numbers. Job Title: Payroll Administrator Address:  Dumfries DG1  Salary: Up to £30K Contract: Permanent Responsibilities: Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time. Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy, inputting onto payroll system. Calculate and process allowances and deductions (taxes, pensions, sick leave, holidays, maternity/paternity leave, etc.) Ensure compliance with payroll regulations. Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system. Assist with year-end payroll activities (P60s, P11Ds, and final submissions). Respond to client queries regarding payroll matters. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience  in payroll. Able to commute to the office 5 days per week. Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices, including auto-enrolment. Proficient in using payroll software and systems. Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Ability to analyse complex payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
