📌 Contract: 6-month position with potential for permanent employment
📌 Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
📌 Shifts: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 08:00 - 18:00
Your Role:
As an Patient Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of the patient care pathway, providing essential support over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
Offering advice and assisting patients in managing their symptoms telephonically.
Recording basic clinical information using specialist software
Directing patients to the appropriate healthcare professional based on their condition.
Scheduling and managing appointments, including cancellations, reminders, and referralsWhat We're Looking For:
✔ No previous experience needed-full training provided!
✔ Customer service experience is essential
✔ Strong computer skills and excellent telephone manner are a must
✔ Experience in a Primary Care setting (GP practice, pharmacy, dental services, NHS walk-in centres) is advantageous
