Provide Essential Care as a Pastoral Support Assistant Job Title Pastoral Support Assistant Salary £85 - £105 per day School Type SEND Location Bromsgrove Area Hours 8:30am – 3:30pm, Permanent or Contract Job Description We are seeking compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistants to join the pastoral team at a school in Bromsgrove. In this role, you’ll support student behaviour across the school, providing on-call assistance to manage challenges as they arise. Additionally, you’ll work alongside the pastoral manager to deliver small group interventions designed to improve behaviour and emotional well-being. Required Experience * Experience managing challenging behaviour in a school setting * Previous experience delivering behavioural interventions * Team Teach training is desirable but not essential About the School This SEND school in Bromsgrove is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where every student feels valued and understood.
